PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement
a) in all cases in which, with proven fault of analytika.gr, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged during transport or with poor packaging)
b) in all cases in which there was a problem / real defect in the product (operation or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and provided that the warranty has been given by analytika.gr. This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party warranties such as those from the product manufacturer or its representative
Attention: In the event that the product reaches you with damaged packaging, altered, partially or completely damaged, please inform the courier company immediately upon receipt or at the latest within the next 8 hours so that they can assume responsibility. Otherwise, the return cannot be made.

In order for the return to be accepted, we must:
Ι. We have been informed at customerservice@analytika.gr about the nature of the problem
ΙΙ. We have provided you with a RMA (Return Authorization Number) which is listed externally on the packaging and accompanying documents.
ΙΙΙ. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
IV. A photocopy of the purchase receipt (for purchases with a retail receipt) or a return shipping note (for purchases with an invoice) must be included in the originals
In the case of an exchange for another product, you send the product by ELTA DOOR-TO-DOOR courier at our own expense. In this case, please enclose in the return package a signed document stating that you wish to replace it with a new product. The replacement will be carried out by us within 5 days if available.
In the event that you wish to receive a refund, please enclose in the return package a signed document stating that you wish to receive a refund and including a bank account number (IBAN), the name of the bank based in Greece and the name of the beneficiary. The deposit of the money is made within the next 7 working days and concerns the cost of purchasing the products as well as the courier shipping costs.
In any case and for all the above cases the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. Furthermore, for all cases the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). In case they are not returned within 20 days then analytika.gr may not accept any return and replacement.
