AnalytiKa reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, in accordance with its needs and business ethics. AnalytiKa undertakes to inform users of any modifications as well as any changes, through the website of this online store.

Information & Products Provided

AnalytiKa is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information provided on its website www.analytika.gr, both in terms of the accurate data displayed and the services provided by its online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be predicted or have occurred unintentionally or interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure.

Limitation of Liability

A. AnalytiKa is not liable to customers / users for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order (except in the cases of paragraph 9. "Withdrawal / Return - Replacement of Products").

B. It also reserves the right to make changes regarding the delivery time of the goods in cases of limited availability or force majeure. The online store www.analytika.gr cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely notification of end consumers regarding their unavailability.

C. The online store www.analytika.gr provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations, etc.), the products and services available through the website "exactly as they are".

D. Under no circumstances is the online store of analytika.gr liable for any claims of a legal or civil and/or criminal nature nor for any damage (positive, special or consequential which indicatively and not limitingly, alternatively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) from visitors to the website or third parties for a reason related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or inability to provide services and/or information available from it and/or from any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it.

A. This website analytika.gr is the official online store of AnalytiKa. All content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products provided, are the intellectual property of AnalytiKa and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions.

B. Any copying, analog / digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of derivative works or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the Content of the website is prohibited. Any reproduction, republishing, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the Content in any way or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only after prior written permission from AnalytiKa or any other legal owner of the above copyrights.

User Responsibility

A. All information related to your personal information and your transactions are safe and confidential. The security of the analytika.gr Online Store is achieved by the following methods:

Only authorized employees have access to your transaction information and only whenever this is necessary, e.g. to process your requests.
AnalytiKa does not disclose the details of customers and their transactions, unless it has written authorization from you or this is imposed by a court decision or decision of another public authority.
In the event that AnalytiKa uses third parties to support its systems, it ensures confidentiality.
You can request any information held about you as well as their correction in case you can document the existence of an error.
For your own safety, you should also treat all information provided through the service as confidential and private and not disclose it to third parties.

B. In any case, the AnalytiKa online store in no way discloses or makes public your personal data and the information you entrust to us. Our company is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and does not process personal data as its main activity and complies with the GDPR. Product Purchase

A. On the pages of our online store you can find hundreds of products covering a huge part of the laboratory, field, etc. measurement and analysis instruments sector.

B. To facilitate your search, we have divided our products into central categories that appear in the middle column of your screen, and thematic categories that appear in the right and left columns. Our goal is for you to reach the final product with as few clicks as possible, aiming for ease of use and friendliness towards you, the user.

C. In case you are looking for something specific, use the "search", which will lead you directly to your specific choice.

D. analytika.gr makes every effort to provide high quality services but nevertheless is not responsible for any errors in prices and product characteristics and cannot ensure that there will be no website downtime or "human" errors when updating / listing the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, we invite you to contact the company via the website's email form if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value before proceeding with its order.

Return - Replacement of Products

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement

a) in all cases in which, with proven fault of analytika.gr, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged during transport or with poor packaging).

b) in all cases in which there was a problem / real defect in the product (operation or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and provided that the warranty has been given by analytika.gr. Products covered by third-party warranties such as those from the product manufacturer or its representative do not fall under this provision.

c) In the case of an order with a payment term of cash on delivery, non-receipt and return of the product are permitted, but analytika.gr will require the costs related to the management of the order, its packaging, transport & return.

All products begin their journey to you checked for functionality and properly packaged to address all possible risks of transport.

Attention: In case the product reaches you with damaged packaging, altered, partially or completely damaged, please inform the courier company immediately upon receipt or at the latest within the next 8 hours so that they can assume responsibility. Otherwise, the return cannot be made.

In order for the return to be accepted, we must:

Ι. We have been informed at customerservice@analytika.gr about the nature of the problem
ΙΙ. We have provided you with a RMA (Return Authorization Number) which is written externally on the packaging and accompanying documents.
ΙΙΙ. The product must be in its original packaging and has not been used.
IV. A photocopied copy of the purchase receipt must be included (for purchases with a retail receipt).

In the case of exchange for another product, you send the product by ELTA courier DOOR-TO-DOOR at our own expense. In this case, please enclose in the return package a signed document stating that you wish to replace with a new product. The replacement will be carried out by us within 5 days if available.

In the case of a refund, please enclose in the return package a signed document stating that you wish to refund your money and including a bank account number (IBAN), the name of the bank based in Greece and the name of the beneficiary. The deposit of the money is made within the next 7 working days and concerns the cost of purchasing the products as well as the courier shipping costs.

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). If they are not returned within 20 days, then analytika.gr may not accept any return and replacement.

Transport Company. Recommended for bulky or heavy products.

Courier
- AnalytiKa collaborates with ELTA Courier Door to Door.
- Alternatively, the products can be sent with any courier you collaborate with and wish.

Pickup from our Store. Upon agreement from one of our stores that facilitates you, in Athens, Thessaloniki or Larissa.

By arrangement. In special cases or deliveries abroad.

Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card. You can make your payment using your Mastercard or Visa credit card or your debit card, of any bank through the Piraeus Paycenter service of Piraeus Bank. The card is charged by the bank and its details are not stored in the e-shop.

Cash on delivery. Payment by cash or card to the courier company upon receipt of the products

Deposit to Bank Account. Deposit directly into a bank account at Piraeus Bank or National Bank.
